Volvo Cars reported a third-quarter operating loss of SEK 3.7 billion on 23 October 2026 and announced 2,500 additional job cuts, mostly in Sweden, on top of 3,000 previously announced cuts. The company said the reductions should be completed by mid-2027 and also identified a further SEK 5 billion in savings as a priority.
